Collect VPN Logs. To collect VPN logs from Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Windows 8, complete the following procedure: Enable DEBUG mode for VPN logs as described in the preceding procedure. Reproduce the VPN issue. To collect logs on the client computer, run: C:\Program Files\Citrix\Secure Access Client sclientCollect.exe c:\logs.zip Enable per-app VPN flag: Select whether to enable per-app VPN. If you don't enable per-app VPN, all traffic goes through the Citrix VPN tunnel. If you enable per-app VPN, specify the following settings. The default is OFF. Whitelist or Blacklist: Choose a setting. If Whitelist, all apps in the whitelist tunnel through this VPN. If you already have a pre-existing Citrix vpn client, the site should be able to identify and add its server address to the client.
